OUR STORY
Hi, soy Juanis — Founder of Juanis Wellness Club.
I grew up in Colombia, and like many Latina women, my relationship with my body began early.
I wasn't raised in a fitness focused family, but my mom loved to swim, and she was the one that taught me, and swimming quickly became my favorite activity.
Later I discovered strength training and spinning, and that's when my true passion for movement truly came alive.
Over the years, that passion has evolved, taking me from body building to CrossFit, powerlifting, Pilates, Barre, triathlons, and most recently Hyrox races.
Now, I help women reconnect with their bodies, heal their relationship with movement, and feel strong, feminine, and graceful.
I guide them in building sustainable wellness habits rooted in self-respect.
Because wellness is not about perfections. It's about coming home to yourself.

I always wanted to feel strong, secure, and comfortable in my skin, but for a long time, I didn't know how to achieve it.
What began as a passion soon became a way to "fix myself". I fought with my body image, and the pressure of how "I was supposed to look".
But the truth it this: my confidence didn't come from changing my body, it came from changing my mind.
I discovered that fitness is not about looking good. It's about healing, gaining strength, and reclaiming your power.
That is what I shared today.
Especially with women who believe they've tried everything, or who are just beginning again.
You don't need to feel smaller or to be "fitter" to belong.
You don't need abs, expensive clothes, or a fancy gym to start.
You need to show up. One step, one class, one habit at a timer.
